You can register your equipment with Island Pearl Fitness whether or not it came with an extended protection plan. If your purchase did include one, Island Pearl Fitness will forward your registration information to Consumer Priority Service (CPS), the protection plan company, and CPS will mail your warranty information to you directly. Submitting this form does not by itself activate a protection plan.
