Our SMS messaging program is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Island Pearl Fitness, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any forms you submit. Website content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Island Pearl Fitness and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We describe the condition of our equipment as accurately as we can, including known wear, cosmetic flaws, or missing accessories. Photos and descriptions are provided for reference. Inventory changes quickly, and equipment is not reserved until a purchase is confirmed. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may decline or cancel a transaction affected by an error.

Payment terms, pickup arrangements, and any delivery or setup charges are confirmed directly with you before your purchase is final. Pickup details are shared only with confirmed customers. Please inspect your equipment at pickup or delivery and let us know about any concerns at that time.

Some equipment includes a protection plan with the sale, and plans are available for purchase on other eligible items. Protection plans are provided through Consumer Priority Service (CPS), an independent third-party plan provider. Coverage and exclusions are described in the CPS plan terms provided with your purchase.

First 90 days: For the first 90 days after your purchase, contact Island Pearl Fitness directly for any covered issue. We will handle covered repairs during this period.

After 90 days: Covered claims are handled directly by CPS for the remainder of your plan term. The first 90 days are part of your total plan term, not in addition to it. For example, on a 3-year plan, we cover the first 90 days and CPS covers the rest of the 3 years. You can file a claim at www.cpscentral.com.

Exercise involves risk of injury. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, weight limits, and safety guidelines for your equipment, and keep children and pets away from equipment while in use. You are responsible for the safe assembly, placement, use, and maintenance of equipment after pickup or delivery, except for any setup we perform.

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from IslandPRL Fitness Incorporated dba Island Pearl Fitness at the phone number you provided.

• Transactional messages may include purchase confirmations, pickup and delivery scheduling, purchase registration and warranty or protection plan updates, service notifications, and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
• Marketing messages, if you separately consent, may include new inventory alerts, special offers, promotions, announcements, and updates.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
